View Full Version : New Diet/Exercise Plan - ABCDE Follow-up

After doing a LOT of research, I've decided I'm going to follow the Delta 1250 modified ABCDE diet. This is it:

I'm going to say that my maintenance is BWx14 so 185ishx14 is roughly 2550 cals

7 days bulk - maintenance + 750
7 days cut - maintenance - 500

comes to about:
bulk - 3300 cals
cut - 2000 cals

for routine - on bulking days i will to german volume training and on cutting days I will do standard low volume routine (bench program shawn phillips)

I was thinking..because of high metabolism and the occasional running / normal lifting i do.. should i bump the bulk calories up some.. i care more about gaining size than losing weight..

should I run a 3600/2000 split?

So why are you running a diet like that? You're better off just doing straight bulk and cut cycles if you care more about size.

my fear is that when i bulk i will gain to much fat...

but anyways .. i started heavily eating - my muscles look nice and swole eating around 4000 cals a day..
