mixing NLarge 2 hours before drinking...

hey everyone. ok, i have a problem. i go to school at about 8:30 so i have breakfast at around 7:15. i would like to have a drink of Nlarge at about 9:30 (that's when i switch classes). since it would awkward to mix NLarge in class, would it be ok if i mixed NLarge with water at about 8:15 before i walk out the door and then drink it at 9:30? i'm just worried if it will cause the protein to denature. thanks all.
