i started working out seriously in the second week of Dec. of 2003. Back then, I was around 143 lbs at 5' 9". After 3 months of bulking, eating and working out, i'm at 156 lbs. I'm following the wbb 1 routine.

ive attached some recent pics - dont have older ones to compare against, but ive improved quite a bit. ive put on some fat as well, but its all good for now. i plan to post pics after another 3 months.

ive got chicken legs since ive never squatted before, so im working on that. other than that if you guys think i should concentrate on some bodypart please let me know. thanks

Hey! I'm the 2(x) model around here.

Seriously though, you look good for only lifting 3 months. Squats are fun, you'll grow to love them one day like I do.

What part of the Bay Area are you in?

Thanks St. Patrick. My aim is to get to your weight (180 lbs) before I start cutting.
I just finished a week of rest after working out consecutively for around 11 weeks or so
and im pumped up to get back into the gym again.

I live close to Stanford in Palo Alto.
