Ok I'm 5'11 160lbs 13-14% bf. Summer is getting awful close and I really want to see my abs. So came up with a new cut diet using the 12xbw to determine my calories. 160x12=1920 but I decided to make it an even 1900 because I have a slow metabolism. Hear's my daily values take a look and tell me if anythings out of wack.

All food values are protien/carbs/fats

Breakfast
-1/2cup OatMeal, cals 140

Snack

Lunch
-WW bread 2 slices, cals 120

-fats=43g

(also for in between meals I eat 1 apple a day and mabey some carrots or some other fiberous vegetable)
