7am 1 big can of chicken 10am 1 big can of chicken 1pm 6oz of chicken breast 4pm b4 i lift protein bar 8 carbs in it 30 grams protein and small can of tuna fish 7pm 1pound of chicken or some times red meat 9 i run 2 miles 10pm protein shake under 10 carbs i just want to no if u think i can add some carbs and maintain the shap that i m in

the Atkins diet u can get a lot of fat. I dont get that much fat. and ever 3 days i get about 50 a carbs

Seems like you're basically eating nothing but protein.

Edit: oh yeah, before anyone else says it, your diet needs a certain amount of essential fats.

I would aim for a more balanced diet, that seems like nothing but protein. The key to mainting, cutting, and bulking is counting the calories you eat. Try www.fitday.com
