Okay guys, this is what I plan on eating all week long. I am on a CKD. For disclosure purposes, I am on an extreme cut. I will lay off my CKD at the end of the month. I know the calories are low, but as I said, it will be for a month only. I plan on going on Creatine next month and because of the large amount of dextrose, I do not think it goes well with CKD. Also, I think when it comes to a bodybuilding diet nothing beats a balance one.


Breakfast- 2 Bacon 2 Eggs Sunny Side Up

Snack- 1 6oz. Can of Tuna with Hard Boiled Egg and 1 TBLS Real Mayo

Lunch- 1 10oz. Can of Chicken with Hard Boiled Egg and 1 TBLS Real Mayo

Snack- 2 Cheddar Cheese Sticks

Snack- Jell-O

I have to make up some more fat so I will take a shot of Olive Oil and 6 Fish Oil Caps.


The totals equal 1641

Fats-109 Grams
Protein- 152 Grams
Carbs- 3 Grams

Supplements-
ECA
Green Tea
Multi

Workout-
High Volume
Cardio 3x
