Which oil is best used for cooking on a low fat diet.

PAM cooking spray.

As far as general cooking, olive oil.

you don't need PAM or oil...just slap whatever you want on a nonstick pan and your all set...
why are you doing a low fat diet? how low?

coconut oil is actually better at higher heats than olive oil.
but it is also much more expensive.

I use olive oil just a table spoon to lightly fry my turkey breast, but geoff won't just slapping the meat on a non stick pan make the pieces of chicken/turkey actually stick to the pan? I tried it once and was tuff getting the stuck pieces outta my pan

I have non stick calphalan pans and I still need to lube em up for stuff not to stick.
