Here's the beginning of my cutting phase diet, I'm just looking for some opinions on how it looks and what I should change, thanks.

Meal 1
1 cup cooked Oatmeal w/ 1 Scoop of Whey, Cinnamon and Splenda
1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
8 Egg Whites
Coffee

Meal 2
1 cup cooked Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon and Splenda
1 Small Chicken Breasts
Mixed Green Salad w/ Oil and Vinegar

Meal 3
Pre-workout-1 Banana and Coffee
Post-workout-2 Scoops of Whey and 2 Tbsp. Honey

Meal 4
1 cup uncooked Brown Rice
1 Small Chicken Breasts
Mixed Green Salad w/ Oil and Vinegar

Meal 5
1 Small Chicken Breast
Mixed Green Salad w/ Vinegar

Meal 6
2 Scoops Whey mixed w/ 3 Tbsp. Flax Seeds in Water

looks ok - but
1. what are the totals for f, p and c? (use fitday.com if you need help)
2. what are your stats now and what are you looking to get to?
3. because i don't have totals, i am assuming your fats are a tad low. i might opt for fish oil caps instead of flax seeds, but that's my preference.

To me your pre-workout meal looks a little light. Perhaps add some kind of carb source.
