Sounds like one would experience severe lethargy from such a low cal diet, and it sure doesn't sound easy...not that any diet is easy.

1300 cals for a 212 lb man, that must have been tough

yah, he seems to be fairly well educated on the subject.
was taking a bunch of prohormones and I'd guess he was sipping protein non stop.
(he got his protein from proteinfactory.com)

I may be wrong, but I think Maki tried this diet a year or two ago.

Here's a link that'll work better: http://www.t-mag.com/html/113fat.html

Fat fasts have been around forever, and can work wonders in the early stages of a cut, but will be as catabolic as any other extremely low-calorie diet once you're lean.

And I'm guessing the MD6 and generous amounts of Androsol helped. :D

what exactly does MD6 and Androsol do in such a diet?

spares muscle at a guess looking at those results

That sounds like it would be pure hell, but its still tempting to try, without the prohormones. I doubt it would work well without them though. I'm sure an ECA would help, but I have a feeling a lot of muscle would be lost without some kind of chemical assistance.
