ppl say here that high metabolism ppl should eat at least 5-6 times per ..(every 3hours)

what if ur working or u got skool

like say for 8am-4 pm how will ur diet/eatin go

just pre-plan and pre-package your meals for when you're at school/work. get some MRP bars.

Exactly. Make your meals the night before and eat them during your breaks. Sandwiches come in handy.

Yeah just make a sandwich, its about 14grms of protein on the meat and about 2-3 on each bread + cheese, which is probably another 2gms. So you get a 20gm protein meal, thats what Im trying to do right now.

umm.. i actually was eating every 2 hours, and it worked out great..

just make sure when you wake up you eat (right when you wake up)

and on your 15 minute breaks you either make a protein shake (quick) or eat some beef jerky

and on lunch you got your big meal

after you workout you got your protein shake

and after that you eat your dinner ;)
