Ok im sure this has been discussed before, but i dont have the time to look for the thread, so im gonna ask it anyway.

I have been bulking for a while with good gains. Now I want to lower my body fat some. What foods should i stay away from and what should i eat more of? Right now im on creatine and no2 wieghing 175 5' 9" i dont know what my bf% is, but i can stand to loose some especially in the mid section.

Any help would be apreciated. :bow:

its not the particular foods, its the total calories.

but if you have trouble controling your hunger, eat more vegetables to fill you up.

Ok im consuming 2500 calories a day right now. That is whats recomended for my body wieght while on no2. If i cut those calories down will that have a neg effect with the no2?
