What would be more appropiate to eat after 6:00 pm?
Some would argue that a protein shake before bed is a good meal to have other would say that is not?

What do you think about having fruits in the evening?

Any other idea?

I do work out mornings and evenings....It depends when I do have time...

I would definately suggest taking a protein shake before you go to bed. When you're sleeping is when your muscles are being repaired the most and they need protein to complete the process.

When you are working out in the evenings you will most likely want to eat some carbs after your workout to replenish your body and feed your muscles (protein and carbs).

Whey protein is not optimal before sleeping becasue it gets digested very fast. You want sustained release of aminos during the night.

Steak is the best thing to eat before bed if your not dieting.

I would take a blend of whey and casien, casien is what is found in steak.

i try to take about 3 protein shakes a day

1 after morning workout
2 after evening workout
3 before i sleep

then i might add another one in if im in a rush or i dont get a chance to eat as a last resort....

Casein should be good before bed, because its a slow digesting protein. Cottage cheese is the best source of casein that I can think of. I'm not sure you'll get much casein from steak.

Animal protein is just that.....

Dairy has your best source of casein, 80% of milk protein is casein I believe

Milk probably isn't a good thing to chuck before bed because of the amount of sugar that's in it. That correct to assume?

I actually have a relatively large meal right before bed when bulking:

steak or chicken
Brown Rice
Pt Milk

I always feel better, "more recouvered" in the mornings doing this

i used to find getting to sleep hard if i ate a large meal with any carbs.

That's me as well. I workout in the evening and don't get home until 9pm, but I prefer it that way. I have 1/2 cup white rice as soon as I get out of the gym and then when I get home it's chicken or turkey with either asparagus or brocolli and a lot of water. Then it's sleep like a baby.
