Lots o' lettuce and oil. *yuck*

Try grilled chicken diced with lettuce and maybe some honey mustard. *healthy and good*

I go for the lettuce with croutons and ranch and cheese.

I think most are 'heatlhy' just as long you don't pour too much on your salad. Watch how much each serving is on the jar.

i usually get 2 of those pre-chopped, triple washed bag salads each week and then mix a handful of each together.....i try to get the romain and green leaf lettus kind and then like spring greens or something. i tyr to stay away from iceberg because it is nutrtionally bankrupt and wilts too fast. Anyways...I use that, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, maybe radishes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, some sunflower seeds, and tuna or hard boiled eggs.

as far as dressing goes I like a natural balsamic vinagrette that uses olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices. Try not to get a salad dressing full of wierd things you can't pronounce.
