i'm taking a week off next week and im not sure what to do with my pre and post shake...it comes to a total of

800cals, 5.6g fat, 97g pro, and 120g carbs LOL...and that would be a HUGE meal...

i was thinking, eat some cashews, have some oatmeal, add some whey and im set... yes?

yea, so just get rid of say..the post shake and replace the pre with a bar, or a small snack... gotcha

why dont you just spread the calories through out your other meals

so u think if i remove one of the shakes, say..the 300 calorie one, ill start loosing weight? even if im now not doing any activity?
