would you count them as a good source of protein or does the good outweigh the bad.. meaning all the fat and other stuff thats in it.

The bad def. outweights the good. If you're looking for a good source of quick protein(whole food) just grab a can of tuna, its cheaper and better for you.:)

What he said, but I would love to eat a FatBurger right now. It is made from lean meat, but that is about it. Everything else is bad for you. Oh and you can also eat turkey burgers which some are pretty low in fat and others are almost the same.

The problem I see with fastfood burgers is that they are so high in calories. You can eat more filling foods for the same amount of calories. For example, I can eat 3 double cheeseburgers and have a triple chocalate milkshake from mcdonalds in one sitting, but that's 2500 calories! Obviously that is too many calories for one meal unless you are bulking.
