I think i know why i've been having problems with both my weight, and my frequent bathroom breaks...

im eating well over 200% (50g) of the allowed intake of fiber..eating cups and cups of oatmeal, excess pecans/nuts/etc... whole grains...

doesn't excess fiber make u loose weight anyway? perhaps thats why i loose the weight + the frequent bathroom break (water loss). make sense?


I found the problem, check my other posts.. its the SPLENDA (sucralose)..damn ****

htats not that much fiber really. fiber just can help you control your appetite, it doesn't directly cause weight loss.

fiber is great, my lunch consists of 22 oz of romaine lettuce and 2 cans of tuna and takes like 2 hours to ear...mmm.... so satisfying

yes...but pooping a lot = weight loss too... water loss, not dehydrated enough :P

Thats not whats causing your weight loss man, sorry to tell ya.

Besides, 200% of what? RDA? RDA is about 50 years old and is the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM you need.

Your weight loss is coming from something else..
