whats the nutritional value of this? my mom just buys huge 25lb sacks of it and then puts it in containers so i dont see any RDA stickers/labels. ive started putting 2/3 - 1 cup of it in my protein shakes
and so i dont have to make another poste about a different food, is there an all purpose site that tells what the values of different types of food are?
1/2 cup of old fashoned oats has 27 carb, 4 protein and 3 fats.

for oatmeal i think a cup is about 70g or so.
with my powers of deduction i'll guess that 1/2 a cup will have...um...er....10g.

One Cup is 250 millileters or 8 ounces. I don't know why they couldn't have taught us the metric system instead. Why do we have to chose a system that uses eights and sixteenths? Makes no sense and confusing as hell.

yes the metric system is the way to go.

1/2 cup of oatmeal is 40g., if you look on the nutritional info it should have grams in parenthesis.
