How tall are you? To be honest, I think you should keep bulking. Your bodyfat is at a reasonable level and I think you could definitely add some more muscularity before going on a serious cut.

Thanks for the comments guys. I decided to go on a cut because I feel my waistline is as high as I want to take it at the moment.

My upper body still looks quite lean but my waist is up at almost 36" at the moment so I'm thinking about taking my BF% right down to china town. Prob as low as 6%. Hope to do this at 171-172 pounds. I am 5'11" by the way.

Thanks again for the comments.

Well, what are your long term goals? Are you happy with your current size? Because to me, cutting down to such a low bodyfat, 6%, seems counterproductive unless you're planning on competing or are happy with your current size. To cut down to that level you're inevitably going to lose some lean muscle mass.

I do plan on competing possibly next year and am using this as a pratice cut to see if I can successfully cut.

I will then bulk again after this cut and then see how it goes.

Hi Olddurst!! Thanks for the comments. Cutting is basically cutting the bodyfat levels down to a lower level. I hope to get down to 6% this cut and then will bulk again.

Beast- Thanks for the comments. I don;t know what went weong with the front lat!! Screwed it up somehow!!! :O)
