Right, started my routine 2day(thread in workout forum, feedback if possible), had a bowl o low fat cereal for breakfast, chicken and noodles 4 dinner, and a huge plate o pasta, spinach and tuna after my workout, all these kinda things ok?

well it sounds like it but it matters what ur goals are and if ur bulking/cutting etc..

Well i've only just started at it seriously so more than likely bulking, gonna get some protein supps next week
