View Full Version : Flax Seed Oil - Dosage?

Hello, I tried a search, but couldn't find anything.

I just baught some flax seed oil, and the bottle doesn't say anything about dosage. I have heard many positives about it, so I decided to give it a whirl.

This is the liquid form. How much should I be taking daily?

why did you not get fish oil?

Is fish oil better? If so, why?

yes, the conversion of the alpha-linolenic-acid in flax to the EPA and DHA that is in fish oil is very low in the body. EPA and DHA are the omeag3 that your body actually needs. i'm sure there is more written about them here if you do a search.
