What specific function do knee and wrist wraps peform? As I've gotten into heavier squats and a larger volume of pressing I've defnitely become more interested in them.

Knee wraps allow you to use more weight, period.

Wrist wraps help to support the joint (prevent it from "giving out").

Another question then. Where can I purchase these?

Go to monstermuscle.com, they have a store which sells stuff like that at a fair price.

I think www.inzernet.com is better than Monster. They are slow.

MonsterMuscle.com is not slow. We've got a warehouse with hundreds of Inzer knee and wrist wraps in stock and ready to ship. We can next day air the stuff to you if you want us to.
