I joined this forum a while back but have been MIA for a while. Just got back into workinout and would like any advice or constructive crictism that you may have. I'm trying to gain about 10-15more lbs in muscle mass.

Thanks guys. I'm still trying to make some gains. I'll try to take a couple of more pictures but I have to borrow a camera from someone.
My weakest points would be my lats and my legs. My legs are years behind. I'm trying to build them up right now. My arms are my my strongest point. I have 17inch arms on my little body.
LOL. I think the baywatch comment is a compliment.
I'm 26, 5'8'', 160lbs currently.

Picture looks great. 17" arms, goddamn! Same height, 30 extra lbs and mine are 2" smaller. :( .... Nice work dude.
Welcome back to the site. Stick with it and eat more and you're sure to add some quality 10-15 lbs to ya.

Here's another picture that I just took. I took more pictures, but the mirror was dirty and they didn't look very good. I'll post more pics up when I clean my mirror.

your arms are crazy man. How long you been lifting and how the hell did you get your arms to grow like that without a huge bulk?
I'm hating the fact I'm 3 inches taller and 7 pounds heavier and my arms are over two inches smaller. LOL
If you tell me some sh-t like you've been lifting off and on for 6 months I'm gonna break something.
props though man, with a big ass bulk you should be well on your way to beast mode.

Thanks guys. I've been lifting for about 7 years now but on a on-and-off basis. I tend to workout hard for 4 months, then get bored, stop for 6-8months and then back on, then quit, etc... I'm trying to keep my motivation and go for as long as I can.
But like I said, I only got arms. I need the rest. Any supplements that you guys can recommend? All I've been taking is my multi-vitamin and a protein shake once in a while. I've recently changed to the HIT program just to see how it is and for a change. And so far, my body has been aching every time after a workout.
Beast, the first picture was taken about a month ago. Last week was my spring break, so I went to get my tattoo back at home 7 days ago. Darn arm band took 3 hours of pain. ouch.

I suggest you supplement with lots of squats and calf raises :)
