Hi everyone !
I'm a big fan of powerlifts, and most of my leg routines revolve around heavy lifts (squats, leg presses, modified squats, etc) but every now and then, I wonder if I should be working out my adductors (the muscle that runs on the inner thy). I notice that a lot of women @ the gym I goto seem to live on the adductor machines but hardly any guys ever get on them. All of this got me wondering, how important is it to men, that we work out our adductors ? There are specific ways you can change your footing on a leg press or a squat where it would put more pressure on the adductors, but do I even need to be worried about this ? Thanks in advance for any input on this question.
