Can someone give me some ideas?
Like..... protein 40 percent, carbs 30 percent, fat 30 percent (just an example)
Where would you generally put those numbers at when cutting? Thanks.

I like 50% protein, 30-35% carbs, and 15-20% fat.
Have you ever done a cutting diet cack? I thought you've always been bulking. Not that what you said was bad, I'm just curious.
