Hello,
I have a pretty nice 6packs, im wicked trong in the middle trunck area ( you hafta be for a pitcher), but i still have some bad love handles. I can outrun anyperson on my team, im the faster sprinter but i cant get rid of the lovies. If I eat wendys for a supper like 4x a week they get worse, I know kids that go there 24/7 and still look fine, and i work 4x harder then they do in the gym.
If you over train your muscles, does that effect your metabiolism ?
Becuase before I worked out I went to mcdonalds 24/7 and although I had love handles, they were pretty much the same size as of now, and I have had a serouse bad case of over trianing, 2-3 hoursa a day for 6 days a week, same exercies for 6 months.
Again I got this wicked nice 6 pack, like it looks so stupid, its wicked rock in the middle but fat on the sides... jesus lol
