Tuna in water or oil?

Is the oil that tuna is packed in beneficial? Do you guys eat tuna packed in water or oil?

I eat it water packed but it really depends on whether you need the extra fat or not.

I have tried both, but if you buy tuna in oil, then make sure to consme it in one go, because if you refrigerate the leftover chunks, the next day they become really sticky

Is this fish oil or is it like vegi oil or something?

The ones I see are in sunflower oil.
