Check over this cutting diet for a 160lbs 5'10 17yr old male with 13% bf.. Do you think this will get me to sub 10% bf b4 summer? Thanks in advance.

Its a 15%/38%/47% breakdown

I guess fats are a little low..... mabey a few handfuls of peanuts......

What's the total calories and macronutrients? Looks pretty good. You have plenty of time to drop 3% bodyfat. Where does the pre/post workout nutrition fit in?

EDIT: On second glance... where's the FAT?

more fat - especially good sources (fish oil, flax, pb, nuts, olive oil)
and why are you trying to cut at 160 and 5'10" ? personally, that doesn't sound like you have much to lose without looking too skinny.
i might also cut out the yogurt and add vegetables, yams or rice. mainly for balance and variety of nutrients in the diet. you are already consuming cottage chx for the dairy.
