Meal 1:
Eggs (4)
Peanut butter sandwiches on white (3)
Orange juice

Meal 2:
Bannanas (2)
Yogurt (1)
Apple Juice (whatever looks good)

Meal 3:
Grilled white chicken
Strawberries
Carrots
(servings as needed)

Meal 4:
String beans

Meal 5:
Spaggetti

Meal 6:
Steak (or) Beef

Yeah so what do you think of it? Oh and BTW I'm trying to bulk.

String beans is not a meal.

More protein, also supplement with some fish oil.

5 with salmon

you might be 130 lbs, but you need much better choices for carbs. way too many simple sugars and very little complex carb sources. drop some of the fruit and add oatmeal, rice, yams or similar items. and don't forget your fats!
