Since the last month of so it's been warm enough to fire up the ol' grill. However, Ive heard some strange advice on using BBQ's. I probably use it almost everyday to cook up my chicken and steaks, its just so much better. But people say it can cause cancer ( from the charcoled meat) and blah blah blah. Not really worried because its going to take more than cancer to make me stop using the thing, but anyone know of any negative TRUTHS to constantly using the BBQ?

Everything causes cancer these days. So we should just starve ourselves.

Carcinogens are tasty.

I've never heard of someone getting cancer from eating BBQ food.

the cancerous parts are usually the blackened effect that happens when the food is left on the grill a tad too long. don't eat blackened meat or skin.
for all the awesome cooking i am known for, carcinochicken is my bane.
