I'm 5'9"ish and 145ish pounds. Currently I'm taking in an average of 1600 calories (10% fat, 45% protein, 45% carbs). Should I boost my caloric intake? I'm looking to lose some weight for now, and I'm wondering if this is too low(I know it depends on the person, but give me a guess). Should I have a refeed day?

Refeeds are good when cutting, but at 5'9" 145lbs are you sure you want to cut? If you must cut, I would start around 2000 cals and go from there, 1600 is pretty low.

Yeah why would you want to LOSE weight at 145lbs?

10% fat is way too low. You need to be getting adequate essential fatty acids (from fish and/or flax oil). Have some saturated fat (for testosterone production) and the rest monounsatured from sources like avocados, olive oil and nuts.
