Since I dont like to go shopping for food I never noticed these before. The is chicken packaged the same way tuna is and one can of it is equal to two cans of tuna. I cant stand tuna fish but I can eat chicken all day. One can of it some mayo and shedded lettuce. Thats all you need.

Some brands tend to have excessive amounts of salt.Almost like a daily allowance of a normal persons salt intake.Just look for a brand w/ less I guess.

Yeah the chicken has overall 250 mg less sodium than the two cans of tuna

Yeah the canned chicken. Well it cant be anymore processed than tuna fish.

I liked the canned chicken for a week..after that, I could just taste the saltiness and I couldn't stand it anymore.
