I am cutting and after some calculations my calorie intake should be 1980
Should I count my pre/post shakes (50g carbs/50g proteins) in this number or should I not count them as part of my daily calories goal
If I do count them then what do I do in my resting days .... do I fill out with something else to mantain 1980 or just go without those calories
