just wanted to start a poll to see how much everyone is spending on food per month (not including supplements) im finding it to get pretty expensive even if I buy in bulk!

I am married with a 6yr old boy and a 1 yr old girl.

We spend app $200 a week for the "family" food and then I usually add app $75 to $100 for just my food.

So, as a family we spend about $900 to $1100 per month. That is when I am bulking or cutting.

So alone, I spend app $400

O yeah. I normally buy some supplement about every 2 months but I make them stretch that long. If I run out, then I just wait till the 2 month time is up. I keep the supplement purchased down below $100.

I am in the 150-200 range. I think I can keep it there bulking, but if I go on a cut, I'll probably end up breaking $200. Protein is the killer for me. I spend 1/2 months budget on protein alone.
