Quick Question. I'm wondering if its okay to have a cheat day of NOT eating so much when bulking. And how much would this effect my growth, ie. will it set me back days/weeks?

There are days where I can't stand to look at my supplements or indulge in lbs of food. And I'll not want to eat a thing the whole day.

If you're going to have a day that you're eating less calories, make sure it's a non-training day.

I agree with Patrick, if you're going to eat less make sure you won't be training that day. I would still try to cheat with a high calorie food though, like pizza for example!
