View Full Version : Help me BULK!!

I've been bulking for about 10 weeks now and have gained about 12 lbs or so, (from 145 to 157). I dont know if this is what i should expect but i dont feel as if im gaining enough. So i was wondering, should i be able to gain more every then this (about 1lb a week) or is this about what i should expect? Please help me gain more. And btw heres my meal plan, take a look. Criticism is welcomed!

meal one; 7am: 1-1/4 cup oatmeal, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup milk, multi-vitamin.

meal two; 1130am: ham/cheese on whole wheat, apple, yogurt, pretzles.

meal three; 330-4pm: 1-1/2 cups wheeties in 1 cup skim milk, banana, 1 cup cottage cheese.

meal four; 630pm: varies. usually 80 grams healthy carbs (pasta/vegies) and 45 grams protine (chicken/beef)

meal five; 9-10pm: 1-1/2 cup wheeties in skim milk, wheet bread, peanut butter, protine shake.

I drink about 4 liters of water or more daily.

if you only weigh 157 and dont put on fat that easily i would say eat everytihgn in sight. fish eggs burgers pizza milk everything dude jsut eat.

12 lbs in 10 weeks is good. Just keep up what you've been doing.
