I've got up to the number 3...which I don't think I'll ever close. I can get the 2 about half way right now.

I have T, #1, #2, and a BeefBuilder (Advanced maybe).

When I was using them like I should I was about 150lbs and I had the #2 down to 3/8". I bet if I started on them now, a good bit heavier, I could get the #2 no problem. I picked up the #1 just now and closed it no problem for a few.

Ok nice pics of the grip, but has anyone else notice he is taking pics of himself gripping in car? Were you driving? Must have some good peripheral vision huh?

The cheapest I could find them was for about $26. Any cheaper ones out there?

I started using these about a month and a bit ago and my grip strenth has increased dramatically.

for shrugs i used to use straps for 2 plates a side. now i can do 3 plates a side with no straps.

I thought ironmind was the only place to get them but i could be wrong. The are expensive(for grippers) but they'll last your life.

Adam, I've had my original COC grippers since '97 and they are doing great. These grippers, if taken care of properly, will last you for years and build your grip strength to incredible levels if you train with them on a regular basis.

Good to have you here. I remember you from the old grip forum from Cyberpump. You always seemed to have solid ideas for grip training.
