I was wondering if drinking A LOT of water could be bad for you in some way. Today in like 5 hours I drank 64 oz of water while working. Work wasn't to hard and wasn't sweating.
I know while taking creatine water is very important, but is their a point where there is to much?

drinking alot of water is good, but if you drink too much and drink only water, i think it is possible to deplete your electrolytes.

Really, you should be fine. There is a condition that occurs in endurance athletes who overhydrate and induce a condition called hyponatremia...which is when athletes will drink too much water before a race, then drink more and throw off their electrolyte balance. Unless you're getting ready to overhydrate before a marathon I wouldn't worry.
