Do you guys think it is better to eat whole wheat bread or whole grain bread ??? Whats the difference???

Whole wheat and whole grain aren't too far off from each other. Whole grain just usually has whole grains as the first ingredients as opposed to whole wheat. Whole wheat off the store shelf probly is made with refined wheat flour, or white flour in some cases. I'd go with the Whole Grain bread. And if you live near a place called "Great Harvest Bread Co." then I suggest their 9-Grain bread...yummy!! :D

Whole grain is what I eat, I think. It usually has tiny nuts/grains in it, right? It also digests a lot slower I think?

Yeah, it tends to digest a little slower...more sustained release energy. Albeit probly not enough to notice a substantial difference in your energy levels though.

Breads that aren't as high GI (glycemic index) as Whole Wheat and White are Rye, Pumpernickel, Whole Grain, Oatmeal...etc.... I love pumpernickel bread and eat it daily. :)
So to answer your question, yes, IMO rye bread is fine.

Just make sure you read the label really carefully. White flour is the main ingredient in most so-called whole wheat, whole grain, and rye bread (at least in the US).

IMO not any brad is good.
However the best of the beast is wholemeal,without salt.

I've come to the conclusion that the bread from my workplace is the best. Some of ya know where I'm talkin 'bout... Its called "Great Harvest Bread Co." There's about 140 stores nationwide....

spidey for cheat days i recommend the cinnamon/brown sugar loaf or the apple/caramel taffy loaves

Rye bread for me. Usually full grain rye hard bread. LOTS of fibre in it and it easy to store by just keeping it dry.
However fresh rye bread with some slightly salted salmon and raw union is my favourite sandwich. :)

Apple Caramel Taffy?? WTF?? Damn that sounds tasty. Now the White Cinnamon Chip bread...mmmm...thats sooo good. Cinnamon chips in a white bread with streusel topping. :D
Well, we do have a damn nice list of breads we make. But we can't make a ton b/c the store just opened in January. The main place in Montana only lets new stores make certain stuff in the first year for some reason.
