Me and my mate are in a friendly competition to see who has the better tricep. We would like the people to decide who is better and if they want a reason why. Thanks a heap

Stop worrying about your arms and work your legs.

As far as who has the better tri's, I'd say the guy on the right because he has better light, so I see better definition.

I'd say the guy on the right has the bigger tri and delt and everything else. But this is a rather stupid post because it dose not really matter who has the bigger tricep.

Geesh! Give 'em a break. They are just being competitive with each other....frankly no different from any guy that has bought a tight shirt or walks on stage to compete!

That being said, my vote is for the guy in the white shirt, which I am guessing is Matt from his other thread

white shirt has it IMHO

looks leaner AND a bit bigger, which is all the more impressive

I think they are both basically even.

I also think it is cool for the guys to be competitive.

I would have said even other than the right side pic is leaner, but as I look closer to the elbow, it seems that white shirt has an advantage there.

I'd say the guy on the left. Judging by shape and potential in this picture, the muscle-to-tendon ratio is better.

post a few more pics, so we can compare a lil better. looks like the white shirt's arm is a little closer to the camera. but i too would have to say the white shirt is more cut. not much difference in size though.

Agreed with gino...the guy on the right is just more cut, but the guy on the left seems to have a bigger tricep.

Just wondering... Its a left arm vs a right arm. Are they both your dominant arms? Cuz I know my left arm is a lil smaller than my right.

Good point.
It's obvious that white shirt has better light in this picture aswell.
