Here are all my pics i took tonight, its harder than it looks to take pics urself, but i think i managed.

Im around 78kg now (170ish lb) and about 15-16% body fat.... what sorta things should i work on, or should i cut up, or bulk or what.

Looking good man, I'd say you should bulk more, your still fairly lean. Just work on everything overall, lift big, eat and sleep my friend.

You definitely have a good start there. Delts and arms are looking great. Some bodyfat, but I'd say you have room to do some slow bulking to add some quality mass before you start to cut. It's personal perference as to how much bodyfat you'll feel comfortable with before you do a cut however. Good luck.

I'd say put on some mass. You're lean and have a good base to do a lot with. Can't really tell from those pics but your back might need a bit more work. How's the legs?

I say bulk also. You have a very good foundation going.
