Hey everyone :
This morning I ate for breakfeast :
2 Oatmeal Peaches n Cream packages
5 eggs
2 mini-bagels with jelly.
With 2 cups of OJ

Good bulking meal plan ? Yes ?

YEah, dont forget the meal between breakfast & lunch though :)

eat 6-7 meals a day, 2-3 hours in between or so

Kem, I cant do that unless I force myself to shove the food down is thatgood ?
Lunch I had some popcorn chicken and a glass of milk and a protien shake

Did the backs n legs today. Leg curls @ 200lbs 3x10. Squat - 50lbs 3x10 (did very low becuase I was just starting the squat,) Calfs 270 LBS 3x10 (got big cafs lol )
Tomorrow and Tuesday will be my 2 day off days. Becuase of the so many people that goto the gym on Mon n tues its gonne be pointless.
Dies down during the week.,

Don't listen to them...eat ONE meal a day...ALLLLLLL DAY..EAT!
Yes...Force feeding will become natural to you..If you think you should eat you probably should..

yes if you must force yourself to eat more food in orger to gain then that is what you must do.

Yesturday went well. I had to pitch tomorrow so I took it easy. I did it easy for chest n light arms.
Breakfeast : Protien shake with a egg n sausage n bisciut
Lunch : Protien Bar with a breaded chicken
Dinner : 6 eggs with 2 mini bagels

personally i dont think you are eating enough to consider this a bulking diet, no matter what weight you are :\ unless that is one big ass protein weight gainer shake or something heh.
