Fish oil, Flax Seed

If i grind up a teaspoon a day of Flaxseed do i still need to take fish oil caps?

They are good for different things. The ALA in flax oil needs to be converted to EPA/DHA which is a very inefficient process. (Fish oil you get EPA/DHA straight). However ground flax seeds are a good source of lingans - a phytochemical. I can't tell you what's so great about them but they're supposed to be the sh!t.
