I need to lose some weight and I didn't really know what to do... Only problem is I go to school and eat lunch there. So basically I dont have many choices. (Although I could pack a lunch) Should I put the protein shake after lifting?

Breakfast:
Oatmeal + Multivitamins
3 Eggs
Water
Protein Shake

Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich
Salad
Water

Snack:
Apple
Water

Dinner:
Chicken Breast
Pasta
Milk
Salad

(NOTE: There is no tuna... Cuz i hate it... Any substitutes?)

I say pack a lunch, track your cals, and take the protein shake after you workout. A good sub. for tuna is chicken in a can, although it does cost more. It tastes 100x better than tuna, IMO.

needs healthy fats. I'd move the pasta to earlier in the day. How much do you weigh? There's not much protein in there either.

I weigh 165 As of a few days ago.

I think I should put the pasta to lunch...

And I still need a wee bit more protein.
