Hey guys, here's the situation. I'm a senior in highschool and the "Best of the Best" PL meet is on Jun 9. This is the meet where records are broken and I'm personally going for all 4 in my weight class and one all time school record. A few weeks before is the USAPL's Capitol Cup on May 15 where I could get 2 state records, and this is the only meet in my area all year. Do you guys think if I go to the one in May I would have time to recover and be able to go all out for the June one, or should I just concentrate on the one in June??

I would go to both of them if I was you. You should have time to recover. You've almost got a whole month. Just make sure you aren't lifting heavy the week before the meet.

Definatly go to both. For the week after the first meet just lift really light. Just dont plan at getting stonger in 3 weeks. The first one will give you good experiance for the second one.
