what you need:
1 pita bread
4 slices low fat cheese
some vegetables (i use mushroom, chilli, onion and capsicum)
3 slices low fat ham
4 tablespoons salsa dip

1. put the cheese on the pita bread, let it grill as your chopping your topping
2. put on a few tablespoons of salsa dip, add the slices of onion and let grill for a minute
3. add the vegetables and ham
4. let it grill for another minute or 2
5. eat :)

all up, the breakdown ends up being 70g of carbs (depending on the size of the pita bread you use), 45-50g of protein, and 9g of fat (depending on cheese and salsa dip you use)
