what are the ratios on your shakes, between carbs and proteins ( dextrose/whey)

what for pre workout

and what for post workout

Also how long before your workout do you drink the shake and long after

my regular shakes consist of 60 g protein(blend) and 6 g carb

post workout 50 g protein(whey), 60-70 g dextrose, 5-10 g creatine/dextrose

Pre-workout: 1 scoop whey (23g protein), 40g dextrose, 5g creatine

1/3 cup dextrose and 2 scoops whey.

About 50g each.
