You're cutting and you've reached your calorie goal for the day and your starving and it's time to go to bed.

1. Go to sleep hungry.
2. Have a slow digesting protein drink, ~200 calories.

I struggle with this alot, what should I do?

I don't like to ever go to bed hungry.

You could just eat something to fill your stomach, like veggies.

Eat ice cubes or drink water, or like St Patty said eat something low cal that will fill you up. Such as brocolli.

drink water, a lot of it if necessary. it'll fill you up, or at least for long enough that you can fall asleep. of course i can't guarantee that you wont wake up in the middle of the night sprinting to a toilet but it'll get rid of the hunger for a little while. other than that, you might want to space out and plan your meals more efficiently to make sure that you wont be starving before you go to bed again.

you need to arrange your diet so you have protein before you go to sleep and as soon as you wake up.

That's what I do. I plan my meals so I have something first thing in the morning and have something before going to bed

Ya what happened was I ate 2 slices of pizza and they are just so calorie dense that eating anything would have put me overboard. I guess I just need to make sure that does not happen again by not eating junk.

Are A Plain Oatmeal And A Fruit ( An Apple, Orange, Or Tangerine) Fine Before Going To Bed? If Not Any Types Of Food I Could Eat Before Bed ( I Always Get Out At 930 Pm Of The Gym And Sleep At 10 To 11 Pm)

Bingo! Junk totally kills calorie count. Better off eating a good sandwich or some kinda sub (no mayo, no cheese, turkey, lots of lettuce, onions, tomatoes). Hopefully some form of wheat bread if possible. As for late night stuff, jello, veggies, an apple. Jello is my fav (sugar free). About as low cal as you can get.

Yah...I save one meal for before bed so I'm not waking up for a midnight snack.

mmm good combo. i wish i could get myself to eat cottage cheese or peanut butter but i can't. it was just a month ago that i could start eating any kind of nuts (almonda, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, etc.) i had this thing where i just hated the taste and they totalled made my mouth dry up and i thought i was allergic to 'em. well that was BS cuz i tried 'em again last month and loved 'em. now i can stop leaving my unsat. fat up to sunflower seeds and oils.
