I am not sure if this is even know, but I wonder what is the relation between body weight lost and Body fat lost.

lets say how much body weight do I need to lose to decrease 1% of body fat ( since 1% is pretty small number) how much for 5%

Uhh...you realize bodfat percentage is based on YOUR total bodyfat, in comparison to YOUR total weight. So those numbers are different for everyone.

If you weigh 100 lbs and are at 10% bodyfat, that means you have 10 lbs of body fat on you. So if you lose 5lbs of fat, while remaining at 100lbs, you will go down 5% all else being equal. This number will be ever changing as your total weight and total bodyfat fluctuates.

Its pretty simple math bro...

Lets say you weigh 200lbs multiply 200 by .01 (percent converted into a decimal)...

200 x .01 = 2

200 x .05 = 10

remember all weight loss isnt 100% bodyfat though.
