Hey guys, I've been browsing the forums for a while and finally decided to join. I'll jump righ into all my information, as well as todays workout.

Name: Gregory
Age: 14
Weight: 150
Body Fat: 10%
Bench Max: 210
Squat max: 305-310?
Deadlift max: 280 (I don't like deads)

Ok now with that being said, I'll start with todays workout.

Today was Chest/Arm day.

Bench:
6x1x145
8x4x180

Decline:
8x4x 160

Incline:
8x4x145

Dumbbell Fyles:
10x4x40's

Preacher Curls:
8x4x70

Tri Pulldowns:
8x4x70

whoa dude, and your only 14? im 13 and i can only lift half that weight! what grade are you in?

ryuage- I hope to bench 225 before summer... not sure about the other goals

Shima- Thanks :) But keep in mind everyone starts small... Im in the 8th grade :)
