View Full Version : Breakfast (or lack thereof). Need input.

I have limited time in the a.m. I have been taking 1-1 1/2 scoops Nitrean (24-36g prot) and 1/2 cup of oats in the morning. Then I work out. After that I have a post workout shake (1 scoop nitrean and 25-40 g dextrose). I usually do not eat again for 2-3 hrs. I would like to know what you guys think and how I could improve on this if need be with real food. Something very quick preferably.

you should be fine with what you are doing, you're getting your preworkout carbs and protein, and as long as you eat again 2-3 hours later (hopefully you have some EFAs) you're going to be fine.

Thanks for the reply guys. It just feels a bit odd that I am not eating any food in the mornings. I used to be a BIG breakfast type of guy. Oh well. All's good in the name of progress.
